The bison that was ordered medium rare was blue. The mixed game meat consisted of various bits that were either over or undercooked. They tasted good but were not hot and probably left over from the special Easter lunch earlier that day.

The quail bites were clearly not freshly made. Starters on quail bites and a Caesar salad were delivered within minutes of the order. The menu is exciting but the chef failed to deliver. The space is rustic with requisite animal heads, guns etc befitting a restaurant that specializes in game. located in an ugly area and the view from the restaurant is of an adjacent apartment building. The restaurant was housed in a gorgeous building with lush gardens and a walkway along the bayou. Last I was at this restaurant was when I lived in Tx 25 yrs ago.
